After you file

Thank you rjs, today I updated my Chase bank with a US address, and tried again, but Turbo Tax still having problem receiving my credit card entry. I also changed the "My Info" in Turbo Tax to show the same US mailing address, and still the same problem. I'll wait for 2-3 days and try again.

I hope it is not because they have locked the credit card details or something like that.

I need to be able to contact with a live person by email as I'm unable to call (deaf). Can someone alert to a Turbo tax person to contact me by email about this, please? I want to be able to pay to have the taxes filed. Thank you.
