Yes, you can amend in TurboTax program.  Open the return you want to amend and select "Amend Return".  You will have to amend your Federal and State returns. 

If you need to amend your federal return, the changes that you make to your federal return will automatically be transferred to your state return.

I need to adjust the cost basis for my home office to amend my 2022 returns, but I cannot find the option to do so in this software. Where can I locate it? I am using the Home&Biz software.

Those are just common items to amend.  You can just go to where you need to as normal.

Go to Business tab- then Continue

Business Income and Expenses - Click the Start or Update button

Then click EDIT by the business name and the next screen should be a list of  topics,

Business Profile, Income, Inventory/Cost of Goods Sold, Expenses, Assets, and Final Details last.

Under Business Expenses - click Start or Update by Home office expense

That should do it.  Then it should print out or efile the 1040X return.  After you make your changes go through the File-Tab.
