I keep checking on the irs website to check on the status and they have no records but on the turbo tax website it says it was processed. it’s been more than 21 days and I still have not received my income tax . I called Turbo tax and they have no records with my Information what do I do who do I call ? on the turbo tax website it says “ ready to mail “ this is very upsetting

Ready to Mail indicates that the tax return was never e-filed.  If you did not print and mail the tax return it has not been filed.
