Since the Form 1065 U.S. Return of Partnership Income can only be completed using the TurboTax Business Edition installed on your personal computer, the only copy of your business return is on the computer where the return was created.

TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

You can get free transcripts of your federal return from the IRS - http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript

For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf

That link is only for individual tax returns, there does not seem to be a way to get 1065 (llc) transcript there - or at least I do not seem to see it?

@ranchoninja Use IRS Form 4506-T to request a transcript for a 1065.  You can either mail or fax the 4506-T to the IRS.
