Illinois tax return if I filed jointly how do I answer the question "did my wife file a tax return"

I am confused on this stupid question when filing the state of Illinois return. My wife and I always file jointly. See attached screen shot to help me answer correctly. Is it yes or no for "has my wife filed a tax return with Illinois" my gut is no, because I am filing jointly and it is usually under me. Correct?

You will answer "yes" that your wife filed a tax return.

Even though you are the primary tax payer, she is included on the Illinois state tax return you filed jointly.
