Can I retrieve my 2016 turbo tax files I accidentally deleted from my computer, to use with this year's turbo tax?

If you’re using any of the TurboTax desktop versions, the files were stored on your computer and thus lost if they were deleted and cannot be restored on your local machine.

You may however get a transcript directly from the IRS website
