I completed a tax return for 2015 and saved it but did not file. I can't seem to access it. I see it but no option to finish and file only amend. Any suggestions?

If you never filed, you cannot amend.

If you lost the first return you completed, or cannot access it, and you did not file it (did not e-fie or mail it) you would have to start from scratch and complete a 2015 return all over again.
