If you have filed your 2014 tax returns and they have been accepted, when you sign onto your online account click on Track your federal refund On the Tax Timeline screen, click on Taxes at the top of the screen. When you are on your 2014 tax timeline, under the section for SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO, click on Add a state (you will not be actually adding a state)
This will get you into your 2014 tax return that you filed. Click Upgrade, located near the top of your screen. In the pop-up window, scroll down to the bottom, select TurboTax Plus, and click the Upgrade Now button.
To pay for the upgrade so you can access your prior year tax returns, assuming that you signed onto your 2014 account with the exact same user ID you used for the prior returns -
Click on My Account at the top of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. On the next page, to pay by credit card, click Continue. On the next screen it will ask if you want Audit Defense, if you do not want this option just click on the Continue button. The next screen will ask for all your credit card information so you can pay for the account.
Once you have paid for the 2014 account you should be able to view and print your prior year tax returns. If you cannot access the prior year returns, then more than likely you have not signed onto the 2014 account with the exact same user ID you used for the prior year returns. You will need to contact TurboTax support and speak with an agent. They will verify that the 2014 online account has been paid and that you are the owner of the prior year accounts. They can then unlock the accounts.
Use the following TurboTax website to contact TurboTax customer service/support. Support is open from 8am to 5pm Pacific time (11am to 8pm Eastern time) Monday to Friday, after tax season. Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the options for either Chat or Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

I got a letter from Department of Revenue for an additional $1522.02 in taxes due. I cannot fine a copy of my taxes for 2014 to see what I had done. Could you email me a copy of my original taxes?

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
See this TurboTax support FAQ for accessing prior year online tax returns - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/prior-year-return/help/how-do-i-access-my-prior-year-return/01/270...
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf
