I have already filed 2017 state taxes using Turbo tax. how do I get back into Turbo Tax to calculate 2018 state taxes?

If you have already filed, you will need to 'open' up your return again.

Log into your account, scroll down a bit and select, 'add a state'. You aren't really adding a state, just opening up the return.
Then select State on the left panel
Then work through the State program again until reaching the page 'A few things before we wrap up your state taxes'
Under 'Other Forms' select the link for 'Estimated taxes for next year'
When estimates are completed, select Tax Tools, Print Center to print your vouchers.

Or you can use the voucher form/instructions below.

Yes, to calculate the 2018 estimated CA state taxes. I figured out how to use T Tax to get the federal estimates.
