How do i get a copy of my tax return

We filed w/Jackson Hewitt that year.do not have actual copy. Says to go to access eDocuments.Tried. Doesn't recognize my info

If you did not file with Turbotax you can always contact the IRS to get a free copy of your transcripts for prior years.  To do that you can click on the link below:

Did you ask Jackson Hewitt? They should be able to give you a copy.
