Need help to retrive e-filed tax return

Are you using Turbo Tax online or Turbo Tax Desktop (C.D. or Downloaded Software)?

I used downloaded software and accidentally deleted my turbo tax file from my computer.  I do have adobe copies of my returns, but not the tax file to load into my turbo tax

If you are using Turbo Tax Online follow the steps below:

1. Login to your account.

2. Click on My Tax Timeline

(Scroll to the bottom of the page and click load My Tax Timeline (in blue))

3. It will open prior year tax returns, click on 2015.

4. Download PDF on the right side of the screen to  get your 2015 return.

If your on Desktop and do not have access to the computer you saved your 2015 info please use the link below to access transcript through the IRS.
