When filing as Married Filing Jointly all income from all sources for both you and your spouse is to be reported on only One tax return.
When you file a joint return you have to enter ALL of your combined income on that one tax return. Everything. W-2's, 1099's, 1098's, etc etc etc. It all goes on one tax return, and the refund you get will be one refund with both names on it.
Look carefully at all income screens----there will be spots with each spouse's name. Enter any income under the correct name.
