I go to the WMR site and it says We can not provide any info about your refund. To call IRS and give Ref# 9001 what does this mean

This year is extremely weird...To my knowledge  WMR update daily but dd always on Saturday but I was wrong my cousin updated at midnight with a dd for 2-22 so it’s going anyway this year I have a WMR updated last Monday. Guess we just have to watch out.

I called the IRS automated system and it told me to talk to a rep and dial ext 462.  Of course when their open. Lol
