Your return is presumed to be signed when you use e-File. How could it be otherwise?

If your tax return has been accepted, you don't need to do anything else. As mentioned above, your tax return was electronically signed when you entered your signature ID (also called a self-select PIN) on the screen right before you hit the ''Transmit My Return'' button.
