LOVE TO KNOW THE ANSWER TO THIS TOO! I' VE HAD NOTHING BUT THE RUNAROUND WITH ALL COMPANIES INVOLVED WITH THIS. TURBOTAX SHOWED ELLIGIBLE, APPROVED AND EVEN ONE UPDATE ON TURBOTAX SHOWED IT WAS ISSUED! STILL NOT A DIME AND IT WAS ACCEPTED YESTERDAY!!! 

IN FACT LET ME JUST SHARE EXACTY WHAT I HAVE RECEIVED ON TURBOTAX WEBSITE SO NOONE AT TURBOTAX TRIES TO SAY THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH MY REFUND OR ANYONE OF THE OTHER NUMBER OF REASON/EXCUSES I HAVE ALREADY BEEN GIVEN. 

THREE SEPERATE UPDATES I RECEIVED ON TURBOTAX!

Im starting to think this is a scam.... I have spoken to about 7 other people- same issue.

They promise the advance just to get you to open the card then put all the money on it weeks later. Im going to file a report if I dont have it within a couple days. ITS FRAUD

I agree... and the fact there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, is insane! Thats not normal.

Heck I actually spent over an hour on the phone with Turbotax and they still didn't do anything! I am doing some researching and if I find any help or resources I will post them under this thread. They have no idea the research hound they just unleashed lol.
