I agree... and the fact there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, is insane! Thats not normal.

They promise the advance just to get you to open the card then put all the money on it weeks later. Im going to file a report if I dont have it within a couple ...

Im starting to think this is a scam.... I have spoken to about 7 other people- same issue.
