If I used TurboTax online for my 2023 taxes, is it possible to see the detailed information (e.g. business deductions)? The tax return PDF shows only total amount.

The TurboTax 2023 Online software is not available.

The good news is that the 2023 desktop does allow you to see all the forms in real time.
