If I received food Stamps in New Mexico 3 months out of the year do I have to claim them on my return?
No - In New Mexico, food stamps are NOT included in your income, so don't include them in your return.

If I received food Stamps in New Mexico 3 months out of the year do I have to claim them on my return?
Food stamps are never claimed on a federal tax return. I don't know about New Mexico state tax return laws.
