If I'm unable to activate current intuit turbo tax prepaid card can I be issue a new one

I got my card and tried to activate it and it said none of my information was correct. It said my social security number was wrong my card number as wrong. I triple checked it before I submitted it. I was issued a different card last year. U think that information is still in the system and won't let me activate this card in panicked

You will need to reach out directly to card services regarding  support for your prepaid debit card!

I cant activate my card or get ahold of anybody. Ive tried and tried. Everytime i put the number in it says they are unable to verify my card right noe please try back later..and i have several times. I have to get this card activated..ive tried everything and it isnt working
