I would not delete your W2, I would just go in and modify the changed information.
Yes, the corrected W-2C form shows the boxes that have changed in the correction.
If you look at the form, there are two sets of two columns labeled Previously Reported and Correct information.
If you are able to import or upload your original W-2 form, just review it and change the numbers to the ones listed as Correct Information on your Form W-2C.
For example, you uploaded your W-2 form with all the usual information. Later you get a W-2C that shows corrections to box 3 and box 4. In that case you would just put the correct information for boxes 3 and 4 and leave the rest of it as it was.
Use the W-2C. The W-2 Corrected.
Just to be sure, do i need to delete my w-2 form that i have already complete and upload he w2c or i just modified the information?
I would not delete your W2, I would just go in and modify the changed information.
I wanted to confirm that if I have both a W2 and a W2C I only submit my original W2 and edit the parts that are wrong and do not upload a photo of my W2C as well.
That is correct.
