If i divorced, how can we both adopt tax report from last year

No you can't do that.  You each need to start fresh.

If you used Turbo Tax last year you should start a brand new account for yourself and not transfer from last year.  You can not remove a spouse or switch the order of names.

Online is only good for 1 return.  But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts.   How to start another return in the Online version

Neither of you will be able to use the joint account ... you will each need to start a new online account for yourselves.   If you have any carryovers they  will need to be divided appropriately and entered manually in the correct places in the interview.
