If I can't get my taxes to download and print what should I do next

You can change your filing options in the Step 3 of the File Process. Follow these steps:

Select File (in left column)
Step 1 is Review Your Order
Step 2 is where your choose how to receive refund or how to pay the taxes you owe
Step 3 is where you choose how to file (mail or e-file)
