I would like to get my 2019 tax return by regular mail

Did you already e-file?  If you did NOT e-file you can go to the FILE section and change how you want to receive your refund.

Once a return has been accepted by the IRS you cannot change how you want to receive your refund.

They rejected the efile so,I want my 3029 taxes to send it by regular mail

I efiled my 3029 taxes but federal and state rejected them. So, I want them back and send it by regular mail.
