Simply... Although the government has my direct deposit details though the SSA, all of the COVID relief seems to come through the IRS, and these departments are unable or unwilling to share the information regarding direct deposit. Makes everything painfully slow.

make a payment on the IRS website under payments for 1040 2020 before you file.

Then you will get a refund.
