Yes, you are eligible for the Recovery Rebate Credit when you file a 2020 tax return. 

You can file for free by starting here with TurboTax.  With zero income you may need to enter $1 in the interest section to allow the e-file.

TurboTax will take care of the calculations for the Recovery Rebate Credit based on your answers to the interview questions.  The amount you are eligible for is based on stimulus rounds one and two and the information you enter for your tax return.
