I’m having the same problem and everytime I talk to someone with turbo tax they tell me something different…
In the Community, we do not have access to your TurboTax account and can not tell you where your refund is or why you do not have your deposit yet.
If your refund date has passed and you have not received your refund, it may be that your direct deposit, for a variety of reasons, was not able to be completed and your refund is coming as a paper check to the address on your return.
