In order to clear a return, I'll assume you haven't yet registered your product, haven't paid for your product, and, of course, haven't filed. Otherwise it won't let you clear it.
Also, you appear to be using Live Deluxe. That Live part is an upgrade from regular Deluxe for an additional fee that includes live on-demand help from a tax expert when preparing your return and a final review of your return, if desired, before filing. If you stay in the Live product, you will be paying a larger fee for the tax expert help. If you don't want the Live product, the FAQ below tells how to remove it. If you clear your return and start over, just be sure when it has you choose a product that you don't choose a Live product (unless you do want that feature.)
