Thats BS.
Reminder emails don't mean anything, if they go to spam its TurboTax' fault.
In fact I received the email and it looked like phishing to me and I thought it was fraudulent because I don't recall signing up for renewal BECAUSE TurboTax product owners and the software team intelligently made it less clear. If someone doesn't remember giving consent emails will look fraudulent and ignored.
Now you are saying I gotta call you guys and wait 30 mins (real estimated waiting time) on the phone for your TurboTax' fault. Pure BS.
Now please convince me that I don't need to inform my half a million YouTube subscribers about this intelligent scam operation.

Ok ... first if your spam filter did not let the emails thru then it is YOUR spam filter that needs educating.
Next ... if you cancelled the account AFTER the deadline then you just need to follow the instructions to get a refund after they billed you... you do not need to wait on the phone all day...
If you missed the cancellation deadline, simply wait until you receive your TurboTax product, then submit an online refund request within 60 days of receipt.
If the renewal was not made clear, receiving email reminders does not matter.
If a customer does not remember the renewal valid looking email has to be considered as phishing email.
Sender's email domain needs to be identical with the corporate/product domain without additional words.
Event though I deleted the email without clicking the links. I went to turbo tax and signed in. I didn't see the product renewal anywhere. Then I conclude that the email was phishing.
Do you understand what I mean?
Hi,
I see that the refund form needs order number.
Where would I see the order number? I received an email that has a download button and the license code.
Email does not contains the order number.

Log into your advantage account to get that info.
Where would the order number be?
This is what I see under TurboTax Advantage tab
Did you look under the ORDER LOOKUP tab ?
