I bought turbo tax program from Amazon and was not informed of any fees I would have to pay except the 20 for filing state. Which is no big deal, but now I am receiving my refund from this unknown company SBTPG LLC. It is 60 less than what it should've been. Why was I not informed that this was a possibility for this to happen? and who exactly are these SBTPG LLC people?

OK ... you choose to have that $20 state efile fee paid from your federal refund for an additional bank processing fee of $40 instead of paying upfront with a credit card ... you must have not read the screens carefully which includes the bank acceptance which you had to sign and agree to ... in the future don't use that overpriced service.
