Turbo tax refund

I was charged for two state efiles, but I didn't efile anything! I need a refund from turbo tax. Order # [Removed] Date 3/28/17 Total paid $48.14

Did you file online or did you use a CD/download?

I used a friends downloaded turbo tax

If you used a download, then I'm afraid that TurboTax cannot refund for e-filing, since the e-file charges are from the state and federal government.

If you did not E-file using TurboTax but was charged, please contact a phone representative, all billing inquiries must be handled by a phone representative. Follow the below instructions on how to contact TurboTax by phone.
