How do I amend with TurboTax 2018 Home & Business?

If programs are following you need to add an "AMEND" button rather than going through the search to find it.

You should be keeping track of your own self employment income, never rely on 1099s issued by payers....not all payers will issue one but all income is still reportable.

You didn't need to wait for the actual 1099Misc .   You can report it as cash or general income.

You mention TT Business, but you are asking from TT Home and Business. They are different programs/

I have TT Home and Business, their web interface is not the best. Problem solved.

You would not get charged to amend a return if you filed your original return with TurboTax.  You cannot wait & file your 1099 with your 2019 return, it must be filed in the year it is for.  Amended returns must be mailed.
