My return has not been accepted it’s still pending and I e-filed 1/23/2019

Mine has been accepted and approved will not deposit until late February EIC filed on 1-23 accepted on 1-28

Filed my daughter's on 1-31-19 Still pending...Filed mine an hour later and was accepted in two hours...Go figure!!

@Brenbrad1 I don’t think we’ll see any progress til after the 15th I also am weekly so Saturday is when mines changes but if you filed the actc and eic credits then we may have to eait

You may be on to something...I E-Filed federal tax only,and my daughter had eic and actc credits with  a substantial refund..I did hear the state of Illinois won't even look at those until March to cut down on fraud....some new law!!
I think its a hurry up and wait game

i think you are correct that we wont see anything till the 15th maybe we can at least see approval before then hopefully.

I filled yesterday 2-4-19 efiled with h&r block have been going to them for 10 years and not even an hour later irs usually send my accepted email I haven't got it still yet at its 3:37pm the 5th, is that normal? I have eic/actc so maybe thats what it is?

I got tired of waiting...went to H&R block and in 10 minutes my return was accepted...not sure why tubo- tax is having so many problems.

I think our entire tax system is messed up this year...new laws, government shutdown,outdated software.. system really needs a reboot.I don't think anyone will see a refund till late in February or early March

Mine were finally accepted 1/28 now just waiting on them to be approved and or get the PATH message like everyone else moving really slow this year for some of us I follow the where’s my refund page on fb and the I got my refund page lots of info on there

I filed on Jan 28 was accepted same day for Federal but my state has been pending for 9 days now.  Anyone else having an issue with their state?
