If you are asking about the monthly child tax credit payments, use the portal on the IRS site that was given to you above. As for any more "stimulus" payments---Congress has not passed any more stimulus payments.
The only way to change banking information for your tax refund is to change it when you are ready to file your next one---the 2021 return. When you go through the FILE section you will be able to change banking information for the direct deposit for a 2021 tax refund. That is the only time any banking information will be transmitted to the IRS.
I live in California and there are a couple of the Golden State Stimulus payments the governor authorized. I qualify for one of them, so that’s what I was referring to.

Whatever stimulus you are worried about------the only time you can use TurboTax to change your banking information is when you are e-filing a tax return. TurboTax cannot help you with changing direct deposit information for the state stimulus money. TT does not send banking information to the IRS or your state at any time other than when you are e-filing a tax return. Contact the state to see if there is a way to provide information to them. When a federal tax refund or deposit goes to a closed account, the bank sends it back to the IRS and then the IRS issues a check and mails it. Maybe that is what the state will do with your stimulus check.
