I received my 2021 tax refund check In Nov of 2022 then deposited it in my daughter's account @Rfbcu to cash and they stopped froze account and still have

They took irs check cashed it then stopped it then froze her account investigation started for fraud we proved that it was real and they still never realesedtge check are money its been a yr now and they unfreeze her bany account 4 8 months now they froze it again wat do I do I want my money

There is nothing TurboTax or the IRS can do in this situation.  The tax refund check was accepted as a deposit by the financial institution you used.

You have no recourse but to work with whatever financial institution is causing the problem with the deposited federal tax refund check.

And....going forward, never use someone else's bank account for your income tax refund.   Open your own account, or choose to just have a check mailed to you.
