I received a TurboTax email asking me to enter my W-2 after I already filed my taxes!
The email title was "Urgent Reminder: Your W-2 needs attention". In the body it says "IRS is processing tax returns. Get your best outcome today—file now!" Is this just an errant marketing email, or does my W-2 need attention? On the one hand, the email suggests that I haven't filed. On the other hand, I got another email confirming that the IRS and state accepted my return, and now I get this email saying my W-2 needs attention. This is very confusing. Please help.

Mass marketing email. Ignore it.

Or you might have another account. That's common. It's still just marketing. Safe to ignore it.
