I received a phone call from [phone number removed] saying that there was an issue with my tax return but I got an email this morning saying that it was accepted and the website still shows that it was accepted. Not sure if this is something I need to be concerned about or not.

ALL: The TurboTax Moderator says she is unaware of any phone calls going out. As long as you check your status and it shows "Accepted", you should be good.
You are the second user that I've come across that received a telephone call reporting a rejected return. I'm curious: Was this a recorded call, or did you speak to a person? Were you asked for any information?
I do not believe that TurboTax makes phone calls to report rejected returns. If you've received an email showing acceptance of your return, that's what I'd trust. As a follow-up, you can check the status of your e-filed return here .
It was a male recorded voice, didn't ask for any info or anything simply said log on or contact them to get it figured out. It seemed odd to me but didn't seem to be of ill intent?
@Dirkburt Thanks for your response. I'm sharing your post with TurboTax Moderators so they can investigate if needed.
I got the same email and the same phone call yesterday. Have you figured anything out? I tried to call and it’s just an automated system that tells me my return has been accepted.
Nope, still haven't heard anything. The wait to talk to someone was over an hour so I couldn't hold.

I received a phone call also on a recorded line saying it’s was rejected but i have a email says it’s been accepted. The turbotax app also says it’s been accepted.

@cecechill You can check the status of your e-filed return by following the instructions I've included below.
How do I check my e-file status?
I would be leery of phone calls. From my experience, TT and other reputable folks do not make phone call; all you correspondence from TT should be emails. Phone calls are very expensive.
I received a phone call today, reported as the TurboTax support phone number. It was a real person and she stated that my federal return was not accepted and was willing to help with it. Both TurboTax online and the IRS report my return as accepted and my payment received.
As many others will tell you, the phone call was from a Scammer. The IRS never calls. Everything is USPS.
Once a scammer gets you to talk with them, or return the call, you are in for a whole lot of trouble.
Please do not provide them any information. If you would like to verify if Turbo Tax tried to call you, please contact us directly here. @deffendol
No worries, I didn't provide any information, especially since I know my return was accept quite a while ago.
