Hi, akt61114,
Sorry to hear you got a tax notice.
Unfortunately, this is not the kind of thing we can help you with in this forum. I suggest you reach out to TurboTax support at 1-800-4INTUIT (1-800-446-8848). A tax expert can then help you understand what is going on and how to address it. They have superpowers like screen sharing that just aren't available to us when working in the community.
Know that, should you need it, TurboTax has an accuracy guarantee! Here's that information (including a link to the claim form) just in case you need it.
Hope this helps!

Hello - oh my, not to worry. TurboTax guarantees results. We need a bit more information on the type of notice you received - the link below lists the recent notices and how to respond:
Please also check on your W-2's for Iowa, Ohio and Illinois specifically for the state wages and state withholdings to be sure they were reported to each accordingly.
Also, if you purchased MAX here is the link to TaxAudit - they will handle the notice on your behalf.
@akt61114 If you have any additional questions you may have regarding this issue----you need to include information about where you LIVED when you worked in Iowa and Ohio. It is not clear whether you moved during that tax year, worked remotely from IL in those states, or exactly what.....That is important information that will help to determine whether you should have filed part-year returns for those states and/or whether you should have filed non-resident returns for those states.
