Does your "corrected" 2015 Form 1099-DIV show higher dollars amounts in any boxes other than 3, 5, or 7, when compared to your "original" Form 1099-DIV? If so, then you will want to amend your tax return to reflect the new data, as it is likely that you could owe additional income taxes. If you filed a state of Oregon tax return for 2015 too, then you will want to amend that as well.
On the other hand, if the corrected 1099-DIV indicates a reduction in your taxable dividend income, then filing an amended tax return is (legally) optional on your part . . . although doing so may result in you receiving an additional federal and / or Oregon tax refund.
