I paid for turbotax in April but I have not filed my 2016 return due to Harvey. I want to continue the return and complete it - how do I do that?

I had upgraded to Turbo premier in April of this year.  I'm trying to continue the return in 2016 Turbo since I have Harvey relief but Turbo is making me purchase the software again. Is there a way to continue the return I filed without having to pay for it again? I never filed it in the first place so it's not an amended return.

If you used and paid for a 2016 online editions of either Plus, Deluxe, Premier or Self-Employed then you will need to contact TurboTax support so they can push a 2016 installation file to your download account at no charge.

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -
