I paid $25 to receive 5 days early. email says due to the PATH Act I will not get until March 3rd. Will Turbo tax credit the $25 since it will not arrive 5 days early?

You should still receive your refund 5 days early. This date is calculated based on 5 days prior to when the IRS releases your refund.
