I never received my turbo tax Visa debit card and I need to speak to a live person

Please follow the instructions here to contact the Turbo Prepaid Visa customer support. Please select the option that your refund was deposited onto a card you do not have, this will get your connected to the fraud department where you can speak with a live agent.
