How do I get the economic impact payment fo9r my adopted children?

The stimulus payments were issued for 2020 and 2021.   It is now too late for the ones from 2020; the deadline for that was May 17, 2024.   If you were eligible to get the stimulus payment for 2021 you can still either file or amend your 2021 return to use the recovery rebate credit ----but you have to mail it by April 15, 2025 or it will be too late.

First----check to see if you received the payment----some people were so confused they received it without realizing what the payment was for.

Look at your online account with the IRS to see if they sent you $1400 per person on your return for 2021.
