I need to file just my state return. I've already filed the federal return through TaxSlayer

You wont be able to use TurboTax to file a state return alone.   TurboTax requires that a federal return be E-filed using their system as well in order to Efile the state return...its a security feature. 

Does TaxSlayer does not provide state filing?
