The routing number and bank account are both incorrect. It shows my tax information was accepted on 5/3/31.
When I didn’t see the refund I went and checked the information that was loaded and found out that the routing number and bank account or incorrect
There might be an explanation for what you are witnessing if you had any TurboTax fees, or if you chose to deposit your Federal refund in a brokerage account.
Are the two bank numbers completely unfamiliar to you? Or are they close to the actual numbers but with a typo? For people who had any fees and paid them out of the Federal refund, sometimes an intermediary bank account is involved first where the fees are subtracted and could account for different bank numbers. However, I see you are using Free Edition (at least that is what is displayed underneath your question.) Did you have no fees at all, or did you choose to add-on the PLUS option for 29.99 or MAX benefits, and then chose to pay that optional fee out of your Federal refund?
We can give you more info once we know if you had any fees, or if you chose to deposit into a brokerage account.
Otherwise, if it was the result of a typo, you usually can't change the deposit info on an already-accepted return, except in the rare case where one might reach the IRS to cancel the deposit by phone prior to the return posting to their system (see FAQ below). If the bank refuses the deposit, it will go back to the IRS who will issue a paper check in the mail to the address on the return.

I added some more info to my answer above. You may have been emailed the original answer, but I don't know if you were emailed the additional info or not, but you can return to the community forum to see it.
