Turbo tax sent my tax return to a bank I have never worked with. Someone needs to call me to get this figured out. The support line is absolutely 0 help.

TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state.

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

@staceyparmer - lesson learned : try and avoid having your Turbo Tax fees netted out of your refund.  It is expensive proposition and there are a lot of snafu's getting money back to folks (if these boards are any indication).  

As stated, the refund goes directly from the IRS to Green Dot where they take out the fees are are supposed to send the rest back to you.  TT NEVER touches the money.
