I need guidance for filing an amended 2018 tax return.

Will Intuit file my amended returns for fed and state as you did in April?
Will Intuit give me addresses to send checks to?
What in my returns will show that the change is coming from my broker's changed 1099 so that interest will not be due?

No. You have to print and mail the amended returns yourself. It will be on a 1040X form for federal.
