I mailed my returns on April 13th. State and Federal are both saying they don't have my returns. What do I do? It's been four weeks.

Mailed tax returns are handled by the overworked, understaffed humans at the IRS. It will likely take a bit longer before you see anything on the IRS site. You should always use a mailing service with tracking, like UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

And did you mail them in separate envelopes to the separate addresses for federal and state?
