Your post is kind of confusing--let me see if I understood. You used the online program for a 2018 return but finally realized that the program is for 2019? You did NOT try to file it?
If you did not file it--you are okay and we can fix this before you have a bigger mess. Clear it out. You can use the account for 2019 income.
CLEAR AND START OVER

To prepare a 2018 return:
Online preparation and e-filing for 2016, 2017 and 2018 is permanently closed.
To file a return for a prior tax year
If you need to prepare a return for 2016, 2017, or 2018 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign, and mail the return(s)
https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.
Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Note: The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac. It cannot be used on a mobile device.
If you are getting a refund, there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline. If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.
If you have 2019 income to put in the online program, you can use that account to prepare your 2019 return. Since you have not sent in a 2018 return yet, when it asks you for a 2018 AGI to e-file 2019--use "zero". If zero will not let you e-file 2019 then you will also have to print, sign and mail 2019.
Do not put 2018 and 2019 in the same envelope for mailing. They must be sent separately. And if you file state returns--state returns go to a different address.
If you have not filed yet, go into TurboTax (I assume that you are using the Online system) and replace all your 2018 data with 2019 data. Now you can file 2019. You should do this today.
As you now know, you can't use the Online system to file your 2018 tax return.
Please see this TurboTax FAQ for information on how to file your 2018 return.
Note your 2018 return is already late, so do your 2019 return first.
FIRST YOU WAIT ... for the incorrect 2019 return to be processed or rejected ...
It is possible that the IRS will reject the return.
If they do accept it for processing then they may still reject the return because they will not be able to verify your income. Wait for the IRS to either reject the return ( a notice will come in the mail) or process it ... if they do process it and send the expected refund then you will need to amend the return. If you still need to file the 2019 return you MUST WAIT to see what the IRS does with the return you filed.
Then you also need to file the 2018 return ... you can do so now ...

Don’t forget your state. And you will have to print and mail your returns. So be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
