No one can see your tax return. We do not know if that is a realistic state refund for you or not. We do not know what state you are in nor do we know what was in boxes 16 and 17 of your W-2's. Double check the amounts you entered from those boxes. Provide some details for us so we can help.

If your situation and income were the same and your refund was much larger than in years past, then you may have entered something incorrectly. As Tax Champ xmasbaby0 says, double-check W-2 boxes 15-20 against your W-2 entry in TurboTax.
If your situation had changed, it’s natural for your state refund to change. For example, did you change jobs, move, or buy a house? Life changes will impact your taxes.
