I just received a letter from the Missouri Department of Treasury demanding I pay $1,800.00 stating I filed my MO return late but I asked Intuit for assistance.

Please explain "I asked Intuit for assistance."   How did that make you late?  Did you file and pay your tax due by the MO deadline or not?

I contacted Turbo Tax on several occasions regarding this matter requesting assistance but didn't received the proper assistance until it was too late as the initial representatives didn't know how to assist after trying for hours.

I mailed a check immediately after the last Turbo Tax representative I contacted was able to finally assist and rectify the situation for me but per the Missouri Department of Revenue it was too late.  Please please help me with this matter as I can't afford to pay $1,800.00 as the Turbo Tax representative advised to pay $93.00 per your system.

It is not clear here what all you tried to do or when you paid your MO tax.   If you paid MO late then you are subject to late fees charged by the state.  Are you saying you did not owe the $1800 or is the issue the $93 late fee?    Remember---we have no access to your account or your tax return-- we cannot see it.

I'm so sorry you misunderstood me.  I mailed a check immediately after I was advised to pay $93.00 by TurboTax but unfortunately time went by with me trying to get assistance from several representatives at Turbo Tax who unfortunately didn't know how to assist me so I would have to call back the next day and this repeatedly happened for almost a week which made it late.  The MO department of Revenue is also stating the amount I was advised to pay was incorrect.  Please please help me?

If you filed 2022 Missouri tax return, Form MO-1040, and there were taxes owed, that amount would be shown on the state return Line 55.

What amount is entered on your MO-1040 Line 55?  Did you pay the amount shown?  If so, do you have proof of payment such as a cancelled check, bank or credit card statement showing the taxes paid?
